Gravière de la Traque is a gravel pit which welcomes up to 7 anglers (11 swims). Its horseshoe shape ensures a social atmosphere whilst all anglers benefit from their own fare share of water.

The gravel pit has enough 30's and 40's to keep most ambitious anglers happy. The far bank is within casting distance and a surprising number of carp are caught in the nearside margins or lake middle. The venue suits first time continental anglers as well as experienced globe trotters in pursuit of 50lb+ carp. There is always a choice of swim to suit personal preferences.

The lake was once in the late 90's slightly overstocked and the average low, this is no longer the case, plenty of fish are present and the weights are flying up ! Last years upper forties have had no trouble in going 50lb+ in 2006. A great venue with features, comfort, shade and plenty of carp.
