Grosley Sur Risle Lakes

Grosley offers outstanding carp fishing on two lakes. The fully enclosed site is situated on the Risle Vallee in the Normandy region. Driving distance from Calais is 3hours and only 1 hour drive from the port of Le Havre. The name of the lake may ring a bell to some, since it’s new management 3 years ago by Eric Touze, we are sure here at Horton Management that the quality of fishing, the facilities such as a licenced bar restaurant and on site services such as bread delivery and a tackle shop meet the standards of what our clients would expect when they book with us. The swims are regularly maintained and have picnic tables and bins to make your stay more enjoyable. Both supermarkets and petrol stations are only a 5min drive from the venue.

Small Lake 2

This is a mature gravel pit with an abundance of springs that keep the water at it’s best quality. With a size of 4 hectares () it can welcome up to 5 anglers either booked individually or on a group exclusive basis. It is known and proven to hold at least 250-300 carp, 1 sturgeon and 7 koi. The carp average is over 25lb with known fish caught in 2011 to 49lb. The lakes depth ranges from 1.6m to 2.4m. The lake is absolutely ideal for group holidays, the fishing is suited to both experienced and relatively inexperienced overseas anglers.

! The swims are pre booked on booking on this lake. The lake can be booked individual or exclusive:

21 and 23 are double swims with a small chalet.

The price is £ 230 per week per angler, £ 35 per non angler
£ 145 per angler from Tuesday to Saturday
£ 125 per angler from Saturday to Tuesday

The bar and the restaurant are open from mid January until mid December; they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Also you have a fridge, a freezer and a microwave oven at your disposal in the sanitary building.

You can order fresh bread every day.

The venue also has a small tackle shop with all kinds of bait (particles and boilies) and small end tackle like hooks, lead, etc. Bait boats are for rent for 12 Euros per day (payable on site directly to bailiff)

If you need help, advice or if you have any doubts during your holiday, you can always ask the bailiff. He's a very kind person willing to help you at all times.

There is a sanitary building near the entrance of the venue. Supermarkets, bars, bakery etc. lie at 5 min from the venue.
